EMS Ag Solutions ships all orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully so you understand our processes, timelines, procedures, and costs before placing your order.
By placing an order on our website you agree to the shipping rates displayed at checkout and the terms outlined in this policy.
EMS Ag Solutions ships exclusively via United Parcel Service (UPS). We do not ship via USPS, FedEx, or any other carrier at this time. All packages are tendered directly to UPS.
At checkout you will be presented with the following UPS shipping service options. Rates are calculated in real time based on your delivery ZIP code and the weight and dimensions of your order:
Delivery day estimates begin from the date of shipment — not the date of order placement. Please account for our order processing time of 1 to 3 business days in addition to the estimated transit time. Delivery estimates provided by UPS are not guaranteed. EMS Ag Solutions is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather events, natural disasters, high package volume, or any other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout using UPS rate tables based on the following factors:
The exact shipping cost for your order will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. You must enter your delivery ZIP code to view shipping options and rates. By proceeding through checkout and completing your order you agree to the shipping rate displayed and selected.
EMS Ag Solutions does not markup shipping rates above the published UPS rate for your shipment. You pay the actual calculated UPS rate for your order.
Important note on dimensional weight: UPS calculates shipping charges based on the greater of the actual package weight or the dimensional weight. Dimensional weight is calculated as: (Length x Width x Height in inches) divided by 139. Because our crop moisture tester boxes are large, dimensional weight applies and affects the shipping rate displayed at checkout.
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak agricultural seasons — particularly August through November during harvest — processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume. We will notify you by email if there is an unexpected delay in processing your order.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with your UPS tracking number when your order ships.
We currently ship to all 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii. UPS Ground service is available to the 48 contiguous United States only. UPS 2-Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are available to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Rates for Alaska and Hawaii will be higher than continental US rates and will be accurately reflected at checkout.
We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States. If you are located outside the United States and wish to inquire about a purchase please contact us at Info@EMSAgSolutions.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request on a case by case basis.
P.O. Box restriction: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders. Please ensure you provide a valid street address at checkout. Orders placed with a P.O. Box address may experience delays while we contact you for a corrected delivery address.
Due to the size and weight of our crop moisture testers, orders containing multiple testers may ship in more than one package. If your order ships in multiple packages:
Replacement parts ordered together with a tester kit will ship in the same box as the tester when possible.
Once your order ships you will receive an email containing your UPS tracking number and a direct link to track your package on UPS.com. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the UPS system after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order please contact us at Info@EMSAgSolutions.com.
You can track your package at any time by visiting ups.com and entering your tracking number.
If your UPS tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it please first check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. UPS drivers sometimes leave packages in secure locations that are not immediately visible. If the package cannot be located within 3 business days of the reported delivery date please contact us at Info@EMSAgSolutions.com. We will work with UPS to initiate a trace investigation. EMS Ag Solutions is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by UPS to the address provided at checkout.
If your package arrives visibly damaged please take clear photographs of the damaged outer packaging and the damaged item before opening fully if possible. Contact us at Info@EMSAgSolutions.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will work with UPS and you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Do not discard damaged packaging as it may be required for a UPS damage claim.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order. EMS Ag Solutions is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address contact us immediately at Info@EMSAgSolutions.com or 330-621-3057. We will do our best to intercept the shipment through UPS but cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed. UPS address correction fees may apply and will be passed on to the customer.
If a package is refused by the recipient or returned to us by UPS as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges at the current UPS rate will apply for reshipment. If you choose not to have the order reshipped a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any UPS return freight fees charged to us.
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately at Info@EMSAgSolutions.com or 330-621-3057. We process and ship orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been submitted to our fulfillment process. If your order has already been tendered to UPS you will need to follow our returns process once the package is delivered. Shipping costs for orders that have already shipped are non-refundable.
EMS Ag Solutions reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the Last Updated date at the top of this page. UPS rates are subject to change by UPS and rates displayed at checkout reflect current published UPS rates at the time of purchase.
