Every EMS Ag Solutions product is inspected and tested before it ships. We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
Items that show signs of heavy use, damage caused by misuse, or modifications are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact us before shipping anything back:
Include your order information and a brief description of the issue. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
We recommend shipping your return via UPS with tracking and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. EMS Ag Solutions is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will send a replacement at no charge. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a prompt replacement.
